Phil is the principal consultant of KSA Consulting Solutions, LLC and Executive Director of MK Litigation Solutions, Inc. Both firms provide services for courts, government and private business. Previously, he gained invaluable experience working in courts and law firms across the country. Through more than 35 years he developed expertise in a number of areas including: strategic planning, courthouse design, caseflow management, pretrial release, organizational re-engineering and intergovernmental relations.
His formal education includes studies in public administration, criminal justice management and law. Phil has served as a director on the Board of National Association for Court Management and chairperson of the NACM Communications Committee. He is a past editor for the NACM Court Manager. He is a graduate Fellow of the National Center for State Courts, Institute for Court Management.
Phil has authored professional articles and presented and taught on a wide range of topics both nationally and internationally. He is the recipient of numerous awards for his work in family and juvenile courts including: the Child Advocates Inc. Speakers Bureau Appreciation Award; the Arizona Family Support Council President’s Award; and the National Center for State Courts Director’s Award of Merit for Applied Research.
