Course content provides protocols to evaluate job candidates during the interview process and illustrations of the types of background checks that may be considered based upon the relevance of and pertinence to the expected job functions. The course also summarizes actions to offer a position to the successful candidate and reminds us of recruitment and selection legal considerations.
